After two weeks without a match due to the postponement of last Saturday's fixture at Dunston, Sunderland RCA were back in action this afternoon, with third-placed North Shields the visitors to Meadow Park.

RCA made two changes to the side narrowly beaten at home by Whitley Bay a fortnight ago, with Colin Larkin and Clayton Davis replacing James Armstrong and Reece Noble.

The two sides lined up as follows:

Following two excellent away wins at Penrith and Ryhope Colliery Welfare, Sunderland RCA were back at Meadow Park this afternoon looking for a third Northern League win in a row, with Whitley Bay the visitors.

RCA made one change to the side that beat Ryhope Colliery Welfare last Saturday, with James Armstrong replacing Dylan Elliott.

After the longest away league trip of the season to Penrith on Wednesday, Sunderland RCA made the shortest this afternoon to Ryhope Colliery Welfare for the second Ryhope derby of the season.

RCA named an unchanged side from Wednesday's win at Penrith. The two sides lined up as follows:

Sunderland RCA made the trip over the Pennines to Cumbria and to Penrith for tonight's rearranged Northern League match.

RCA made three changes to the side that was narrowly beaten by Marske United the previous Tuesday - Ross McNab replaced Adam McGuinness at left back, Luke Page returned after serving a two-match suspension in place of James Cassidy, and Nathan O'Neill started up front in place of Colin Larkin.

RCA made three changes to the side beaten at Stockton Town last Friday - Keith Finch replaced Neal Bussey in goal, and Greg Swansbury and Clayton Davis replaced Ross McNab and Michael Charlton.

Sunderland RCA made the trip to Stockton Town for a first competitive Friday night match in over three years.

A 30-strong team had done a tremendous job of clearing the snow off the pitch to get the game on.

RCA made three changes to the side that won at Team Northumbria last Saturday, with Craig Hodgson, Adam McGuinness and James Cassidy replacing Jack Vaulks, Greg Swansbury and Dylan Elliott.

Sunderland RCA returned to Northern League action this afternoon with a trip to Team Northumbria.

RCA made three changes to the side that lost at South Shields on Tuesday. Jack Vaulks - signed on Friday on a month's loan from Darlington - made his debut, and Ross McNab and Jonathan Davis returned to the side too, replacing Craig Hodgson, Adam McGuinness and Nathan O'Neill.

After 24 days - and five postponements due to the wintery weather - Sunderland RCA were back in action tonight with a trip to South Shields in the Second Round of the Durham County Challenge Cup.

RCA made five changes from the side that drew with Newton Aycliffe on 25 November, with Neal Bussey, Greg Swansbury, Dylan Elliott, Nathan O'Neill and Colin Larkin replacing Keith Finch, Ross Preston, James Armstrong, Clayton Davis and Luke Richardson.
