Good Afternoon
It seems a long time since our last game with the postponement of our last two games.
And the most disappointing thing was it has come at a time when I thought we were playing well.
Two good wins against West Auckland and Guisborough Town who are both very good sides and with West riding high in second place shows again the potential in the Squad.
I thought both games were different but we had a game plan and stuck to it which got us the three points.
Another positive is we have players back from injury in Gregg Swansbury and Max Allen who are very important players to the team, and will push the other lads to play at their maximum.
Today we face another strong side in North Shields so we know we are in for a tough game. We drew at Shields earlier in the season and we will be going in to today’s game in full confidence that we can keep our run going which can help us to hopefully chase down the top seven.
