Being still too excited to sleep after today's victory, I had a look at the club's history under the tab "Programme Info". The phrase "Rejected by the Wearside League because a Ryhope team already played in it, the club folded after the 1975-75 season" doesn't read right tha knaas, if tha knaas what I mean, tha knaas.
