200 appearances for Michael Charlton

Submitted by Simon Mears on Thursday, 17 October 2019

Michael Charlton receives a silver salver for reaching 200 appearances for RCA from chairman Graham Defty.

Congratulations to Michael Charlton who has just clocked up 200 appearances for RCA. The milestone came in the recent League Cup victory at Crook Town on Wednesday, 2 October, a match in which Michael, fittingly, also scored with a terrific, long-range strike - his 40th goal in RCA colours.

RCA Manager Martin Swales said this of Michael: "Michael and I have worked together now for over ten years, going back to our Belford House days. He's a great lad, has been a great servant to the club and has shown tremendous loyalty over the last five or six years."

Well done, Michael, from everyone at RCA!
